The Nelson Family: Sustainable, Organic Farmers
Meet the Nelson Family of southern Minnesota. Their farm has been in the family for generations and was a conventional farm. Health issues prompted the Nelsons to go fully organic and become part of the Organic Valley Coop. They’ve never looked back. Their attitude toward their land and their relationship with it is nothing short of enlightening.
As conventional farming practices come under more scrutiny and concern because of their toll on people and the environment, it is refreshing to see that there is another way.
